travel & photography

I’m British by birth and relocated to New York City in 2019 and moved Upstate New York in 2025. I’m a self-taught photographer who pursues image-making as a creative release from a demanding corporate career. At home I share life with my husband, our daughter and two dogs, and whenever time and budget permit we travel as often as possible — travel and photography are my two greatest passions.

On this site you’ll find a curated selection of my images alongside notes from my adventures. I’m frequently asked for ideas, recommendations and practical tips about places I’ve visited, so I’ve brought all of that together here: photographs, travel advice and a personal journal that reflects both the visual and the practical sides of my trips.

Unless otherwise credited, all images are my own. I usually shoot with a Nikon DSLR, sometimes capture aerial or compact footage with a DJI Mavic Pro or Osmo Pocket, and occasionally use an iPhone for quick or candid shots.
